POPLARVILLE, Miss. — Pearl River's Zigi Ahortor (Accra, Ghana; Wesley) and keeper Paige Horsnell (London, England) have been named to the All-Region XXIII squad.
Ahortor and Horsnell's honors come right after Alexa and Maddie Beets (Long Beach), Bailey Riddley (Clinton) and Jade Shaw (Carriere; Pearl River Central) all picked up All-MACJC accolades.

Ahortor had a standout sophomore season for the Wildcats.
Ahortor scored five goals and had four assists to help lead a Pearl River offense that averaged 2.93 goals per game.
Horsnell turned in a stellar debut season for the Wildcats. She was 7-4-2 on the year with two shutouts, a 0.97 goals against average and .759 save percentage. She also collected 41 saves in 13 starts.
Horsnell picked up one MACJC Keeper of the Week honor this season.
