The Pearl River Community College women's soccer team couldn't get its attack in order Friday, falling at Holmes Community College 5-0.
Holmes took a 2-0 lead into halftime and although the Lady Wildcats (0-2 overall) came out much better in the second frame — putting a shot off the iron in an attempt to get within a goal of the home team — PRCC was unable to find its groove.
PRCC returns to the pitch Tuesday with a 5 p.m. kickoff against East Central Community College.
