Terrence Metcalf is in his fourth year at Pearl River Community College, his first as the Co-Offensive coordinator. 

Metcalf arrived at PRCC in 2016, coaching the offensive line and serving as coordinator of recruiting.  

Metcalf is a native of Clarksdale, and was a Parade All-America in 1997, following his senior season at Clarksdale High.

He signed with Ole Miss, and was a four-year starter for the Rebels as an offensive lineman for the Rebels from 1998-2001. He was a first-team All-SEC selection his junior and senior seasons, and was a second-team All-America in 1999 and a consensus first-team All-America in 2001.

Metcalf was selected in the 2002 NFL Draft by the Chicago Bears in the third round (93rd pick overall), and he played with the Bears from 2002-08.

He played 78 games in his pro career, starting 25, and he was a member of the Bears’ Super Bowl team in 2006.

Metcalf was in private business before embarking on his coaching career. He served Oxford High as an offensive line coach on a volunteer basis before taking over the defensive line on a full-time basis in 2015.

His son, D.K., was a standout receiver at Ole Miss and now plays in the NFL for the Seattle Seahwaks.
