Four Pearl River baseball players earn All-America selections

POPLARVILLE, Miss. — A historic season for Pearl River baseball added another impressive chapter as four Wildcats earned NJCAA All-America honors following the program's National Championship run.

Coy Clements (Hattiesburg; Oak Grove), Jackson Estes (Madison; Germantown) and Drew Harrison (Madison; Germantown) were each named to the First Team, while Landon Watts (Picayune) earned Second Team honors.

DREW HARRISON
Harrison was one of the anchors of Pearl River's pitching staff during its championship campaign, emerging as one of the most reliable arms in the country.

The sophomore right-hander made 17 starts for the Wildcats, finishing the season with an 11-1 record across 81.2 innings pitched. He posted a 3.53 ERA, a 1.30 WHIP and struck out 96 batters while earning two complete games.

His 11 wins ranked among the national leaders and his 10.58 strikeouts per nine innings showcased his ability to overpower opposing lineups throughout the season.

Harrison was previously named First Team All-MACCC and All-Region 23. He will continue his baseball career at [INSERT SCHOOL].

LANDON WATTS
Watts turned in one of the most consistent seasons on the mound for the Wildcats, providing a dominant presence out of the bullpen while also stepping into the starting rotation when needed.

The sophomore right-hander appeared in 23 games, including two starts, and finished the year with a 7-3 record and five saves. Across 60.1 innings, Watts posted a 2.83 ERA and 1.09 WHIP while striking out 76 batters.

His five saves ranked among the best totals nationally, and his ability to consistently close out games played a major role in Pearl River's championship run.

Watts was previously named First Team All-MACCC and All-Region 23. He will continue his baseball career at [INSERT SCHOOL].

JACKSON ESTES
Estes made an immediate impact in his first season as a Wildcat, turning in one of the most productive offensive seasons in Pearl River history.

The freshman outfielder appeared in all 59 games, leading the team with an incredible .423 batting average, a .502 on-base percentage and a .763 slugging percentage. He finished the season with 82 hits, 68 runs scored, 75 RBIs, 19 doubles, four triples and 13 home runs.

His 82 hits ranked among the best single-season totals in program history, while his 75 RBIs showcased his ability to consistently drive in runs from the middle of the lineup.

Estes was previously named First Team All-MACCC and All-Region 23.

COY CLEMENTS
Clements capped off a record-breaking season by earning one of the highest honors in junior college baseball.

The redshirt freshman catcher was one of the most feared hitters in the country, finishing the season with a .392 batting average, a .532 on-base percentage and an .844 slugging percentage. He totaled 73 hits, 63 runs scored, 71 RBIs, 10 doubles and a program-record 24 home runs.

His 24 homers were the most in a single season in Pearl River history and ranked among the national leaders. Clements also drew 54 walks, showcasing his ability to consistently impact games both through power and plate discipline.

Behind the plate, Clements was also a difference-maker, helping lead a pitching staff that guided Pearl River to a National Championship.

Clements was previously named First Team All-MACCC, MACCC Player of the Year and All-Region 23.
